CMake: please update to 2.4.0

Could you tell me why exactly, please? Is there some new feature in cmake 
2.4.0 that requires the version update?

I'm just asking because it took me more than 3 weeks to get KDE trunk 
compiling with the coverity scanner, and I don't want to spend another 3 
weeks on waiting until they could find time to update their cmake 
installation.
