kdeinit modules and GUI/NOGUI

In order to "run uninstalled kdeinit" programs, it's necessary that:
1) the libkdeinit file be relinked with the correct rpaths
2) the executable be relinked with the modified libkdeinit

So two relinkings are necessary in some cases.
