dcop is ok. bksys works for me (after the regexp fix) but should be
checked with gcc.

Ralf: with this patch my previous dcop patch is superflous. And kdecore
is ok for now - have to recheck all since msvc/config.h has been removed
and the correct build/config.h is used by msvc.
