Which begs the question: will bksys handle the "lib" part on its own?
On Windows, libraries don't usually get lib*.dll names. So what do we do?
In fact, how does it work now?
Is it like this:
lib_LTLIBRARIES = libkdecore.la
And it installs libkdecore.la and kdecore.dll on Windows?
