[Kde-bindings] Current state of the Ruby and Python bindings for Qt5/KF5

Hello there

At the moment I am updating all Ruby and Python KAppTemplates and wanted to
ask what's the current state of these bindings? Is a full port planed (aka
is there a future for these bindings) and is someone able to give me
information or even update the templates (In case of no feedback I will
delete them in a few weeks).
