[Kde-bindings] Rescuing PyKDE's twine2 from gitorious

Hi,

sounds fine to me when keeping a common base to avoid code duplication
like Scott said. Let's do one thing after the other though and keep it
apart from the move from gitorious to KDE infrastructure. The KDE git
repository (twine2) is ready btw, I'll write a separate mail about it.

Regards,
Dennis
