[Kde-bindings] Install Windows Binaries

Hi Matt,

Since there is now installer inside, where do I have to copy all the files
> from bin, include and lib?

You can just extract them some where. Also set the Path through Environment
variables to bin and lib folders. You also need to have the MingW version
of Qt 4.8. I am not sure about the version. In my system I have 4.8.5. Also
add the Qt bin folder to the Path variables.
