[Kde-bindings] Install Windows Binaries

Hy!

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I am currently lost with installing  
the qyoto binaries for windows  downloaded from 
http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Languages/Qyoto

Since there is now installer inside, where do I have to copy all the files 
from bin, include and lib?
