Thank you for the replies. The API documentation is indeed very
helpful and gives enough information to work out the rest (so far).

I think it seems to be mainly a case of how to structure the 'other
side', and knowing enough to be aware of the "gotcha's".

I'm assuming, btw, that the "method/class id"s should be assumed to be
specific to the particular smoke library versions used.
