[Kde-bindings] Qyoto bindings compiled, but not usable

    Arno tests Qyoto on Linux, I believe he has also tested with Qt 4.8. Anyway, you'd best recompile Qyoto with debugging symbols (CMake has a CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE variable that should be set to Debug) and then send the stack trace and your sample code each time you encounter an error, otherwise it's very hard to get help. Also, it'd be more clear to you as well and it may turn out it's not that hard to fix.
    I haven't seen yourprevious samples yet, I'm sorry about that. I'm way more busy with school than I'd like to be but the nightmare ends on Friday and I'll have time after that.

Subject: [Kde-bindings] Qyoto bindings compiled, but not usable

Hi all,
I've build successfully assemblygen assemblies for qyoto under Linux, Qt4.8.
Compilation goes smoothly, but bindings are not usable on Linux at all.
The ever simple QWidget subclassing and showing give me an error like this:

Stacktrace: at (wrapper managed-to-native) Qyoto.SmokeInvocation.CallSmokeMethod

/usr/bin/mono() [0x806535c] Debug info from gdb: =================================================================
Got a SIGSEGV while executing native code. This usually indicates
a fatal error in the mono runtime or one of the native libraries
used by your application.

 My question is: does anyone tested assemblygen.assemblies for qyoto
on linux and what Qt version.
If no one, why old bindings are obsolete? They seems to work well
