[Kde-bindings] Ruby: various DBus int variants

I have been using the repository at
https://launchpad.net/~kubuntu-ppa/+archive/backports/+packages where
kde-bindings packages were updated to 4.5.1 since September 2, but I
am still getting the same errors with the test script in my previous
post.
