Try the dlls from here:

http://common-lisp.net/project/commonqt/smokeqt-dlls-rev1064293-win32.tgz

The commonqt.dll goes into commonqt/debug (because that is where
ffi.lisp is currently looking for it), the others simply into the PATH.

(If it doesn't start with that, it is probably a CommonQt thing, so
let's take it to private mail then.)
