[Kde-bindings] Importing perl bindings into kdebindings module.

Hey guys,
I've had my code for perl bindings to qt4 imported into KDE's svn.
You can see the code here:
/trunk/playground/bindings/perlqt4

I've tried to mimic the directory structure of the Ruby bindings, with
the goal of moving the code to the kdebindings module.  Currently
there are perl modules for the following smoke modules:
kdecore
kdeui
kio
qt
qtcore
qtgui
qttest

Take a look and let me know what you think.
