[Kde-bindings] Adding smoke based QtScript bindings to kdebindings

You just have to add QtScript bindings to:
http://techbase.kde.org/Schedules/KDE4/4.4_Feature_Plan

Then you have until the hard freeze, three weeks later, to complete the move. 
So no hurry :)
