[Kde-bindings] Added updated kimono classes

* Added kimono sources for the KDE 4.1 headers.
  K(Core)ConfigSkeleton classes and related stuff are still left out as it 
creates
  still some problems.
* QList<T>, QVector<T> and QPair<T1, T2> template classes are now 
automatically
  mapped onto the corresponding C# generic class (List<T> or QPair<T1, T2>). 
Nearly
  no need to specify the mappings manually anymore.
* Some more minor changes to kalyptusCxxToKimono.pm.
