[Kde-bindings] Building from source

You can just checkout http://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/KDE/kdebindings . 
You can also download the beta 2 tarball of kdebindings. That said, I am a 
little bit surprised that there is no kdebindings in kubuntu, since they use 
a lot the python bindings for their administration tools.
