[Kde-bindings] Building from source

Bugger - I think the kde-bindings in Kubuntu KDE 4.2 beta 2 are just 
placeholders, there's no binaries in them yet.

Do I have to checkout the entire kde tree to build the bindings or is there 
just a subtree I can checkout?
