[Kde-bindings] Where is Korundum's API documentation

It is stable and I don't think it will change much. At the moment all the 
language independent KDE bindings libs are in one big libsmokekde library. In 
the future we hope to split that up in separate binding libraries, but it 
shouldn't affect the korundum api. I'm working on fixing the 
KDE::ConfigGroup.readEntry and writeEntry apis, but most of the KDE4 apis you 
need work fine in Korundum.

I've just converted the tutorial examples p1-p9 under korundum/tutorials, and 
studying those should be a good basis for getting the hang of the api.
