[Kde-bindings] compling 3.5 using kdesvn

It builds for me with unsermake, but I've haven't used the above commands to 
do it. What language/build system is it? Can you post the errors you get?

btw: I've removed the spurious .SUFFIXES line in the rbkconfig_compiler that 
you mentioned in your blog.
