[Kde-bindings] QtRuby compile error

We were discussing this problem on ruby-talk a month or two ago, and Alex 
mentioned some problem that he had fixed, and then he removed the fix because 
he thought it wasn't needed, and he suggested I restore it. But he didn't 
actually say what it was, so I'll cc him this mail and hope he remembers.
