Well libkde.net.so would be installed in the $KDEDIR/lib directory. In java 
the .jar files are installed into $KDEDIR/lib/java, so I assume .dlls would 
go somewhere similar. I would look at how kdebindings/qtsharp is built - it 
uses Makefile.am files and the kde build system.
