[Kde-bindings] KDE.NET Directories

Hi all,

I'm trying, with my limited linux knowledge, to understand the best place
for several libraries:

libkde.net.so
System.Windows.Forms.dll
System.Drawing.dll

Can I pretty much put them where I like or is there a preferred KDE
location?
