Well, let's chalk it down to unfamiliarity and miscommunication, then. I 
suppose I should have checked out kdebindings before asking peculiar 
questions. We all live in our little corners of the world - I, for one, had 
never even _heard_ of working bindings for anything before I heard the python 
stuff was OK, at FOSDEM. So yeah, a little more visibility for the module as 
a whole would be a good thing.

It's not packaged in my neck of the woods, but it's good to hear that it just 
works and ought to be packaged. I'll give someone a poke with a ruby-tipped 
stick.

Lack of research. (BTW, kdebindings is some 84M of source, which makes it 
bigger than libs, base, or pim - that's pretty big). (The README needs 
updating, in any case).

OK, and that finally answers definitively where the damn python stuff belongs, 
and I frankly hope never to hear about it again (except when I return to add 
an embedded python interpreter to my C++ apps).
