[Kde-bindings] QPaintDevice bitBlt() missing from SMOKE runtime

I thought the #kdebindings folks decided to put it in OperatorFriends.

In PerlQt-2.x, bitBlt() was made a member function of QPaintDevice,
since that's always the first argument. It's been missing ever since
PerlQt-3.x? Weird.
