Krita 5.3.0/6.0.0 is released

Hi, all!

We have finally released Krita 5.3.0. This is a dual-version release, we
use the exactly the same tarball to build two versions of Krita:

* 5.3.0 -> built with Qt5
* 6.0.0 -> built with Qt6

Version 5.3.0 is considered as "stable". Version 6.0.0 is considered as
"unstable beta", since it still has quite a few critical Qt6-related
issues, especially on Windows and Wayland.
