Plasma Pass 1.3.1 has been released!

About Plasma Pass:
Plasma Pass is a Plasma applet to access passwords from pass, the standard 
UNIX password manager (https://www.passwordstore.org).

Changes since 1.3.0:
* Do not leak pages into the stackview (fixes #515036)
* Consistently install an appstream file again
* Updated translations
