kdevelop-pg-qt 2.2.0 released

Hi there,

kdevelop-pg-qt 2.2.0 is out now.

Not a lot happened in there, this release focuses on fixing compiler warnings 
in generated code (adding nullptr & override).

The tarballs have been uploaded to the usual location:
  https://download.kde.org/stable/kdevelop-pg-qt/2.2.0/src/
