Hex editor Okteta 0.25.1 released

Hi,

Okteta 0.25.1 has been released.

This is the first bugfix update of the first standalone version of the Okteta 
software since it had left the KDE Application release bundle at the end of 
the KA 17.12 series (done for a better match of the Okteta development

About Okteta:
Okteta is an editor & viewer for the raw data of files. Its functionality is 
mostly implemented in software libraries with a public API and thus also 
available to other software.

Changes since 0.25.0:
* Remove extra margins from config dialog pages of the Structures tool
* Remove debug log "register count: %d, destroy count %d:" from normal build
* Translations improved (id, it, nn, zh_CN)
