Release of kdav2-0.1.0

I'm pleased to announce the release of kdav2-0.1.0.

KDav2 marks the departure from the KIO based network access and is now
purely based QNetworkAccessManager.
This massively reduced the dependency tree and removes any runtime
requirements for klauncher, dbus or KIO processes.

Please note that kdav2 will be released on an independent release cycle,
contains no translatable strings and is completely coinstallable with
kdav.

KDav2 is recommended for new projects, but KDav will continue to exist
and is actively used by Kontact.
