Release of kimap2-0.2.0

I'm pleased to announce the release of kimap2-0.2.0.

This release provides new API to disable the MIME message parsing during
a fetch job,
which provides a massive performance boost if you only end up streaming
the content to disk anyways (meaning that KMime parsing can be done at a
later stage).
