KDevelop 5.1 Beta 1 released

Hello everyone,

KDevelop 5.1 Beta 1 was just released, please test so we can ship 5.1 final 
soon-ish!

With the release there comes an updated Linux AppImage + 32 bit & 64 bit 
Windows installers.
