Description:
 A German-English dictionary with ca. 270,000
entries(http://dict.tu-chemnitz.de/) .
This dictionary was designed for ding dictionary
lookup program, but may be used by other clients,
too.
So I wrote ktrans. 
You need a mysql database.
At first start it will be a long time to  created
the database.
