Announcing the release of SymbolEditor version 2.0.0, the KXStitch
symbol library editor

This is a Frameworks port of v1.5.0 with some minor fixes.

The changes for this release include:
- Porting to Frameworks.
- Improvements to documentation, correctly credit translators.
- Respond to desktop palette changes with better rendering of symbols in 
the library.
