Broken builds

Hey,
You may have seen that all applications broke when the build image change
from Qt 5.11.0 to 5.11.3.
This change fixed it for KAlgebra, I expect it to fix it for other
applications as well. Could you do it on your applications?

It needs changing the min sdk for applications to 21:
<uses-sdk android:minSdkVersion="21" />
