Starting Orca in Plasma

Yes, here, me. :-)
After logging in there was no orca running.
After hitting Win-Alt-s there was (checking with command 'ps'):
... /usr/bin/python3 /usr/bin/orca --replace

Plasma on OpenSuse Tumbleweed latest dup.
