Sorry for the delay in the response :(

I think migrating it would be a good idea, but I would prefer to add
it as a subproject of kdeaccessibility than to add it to kdesupport.
The problem is, I think qt-at-spi was intended to be made part of Qt,
Is qt-at-spi intended to be part of Qt by default? If so, would it be
a problem the fact that it is developed in git.kde.org?

I don't think it will be much harder (there's no possibility of merge
request but there's reviewboard), and also it might make a bit easier
for KDE developers to contribute if it's in git.kde.org
