I am happy to announce that I have written a patch that fixes this problem, as 
far as I can see it. See code attached to issue
	http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=69187

With this patch, the document background and the document text colors follow 
the choices in KDE control center.

The ruler ("das Lineal" ;-) ) adopts the same colors, which I think was 
desired too.

And it seems it even fixes the problem of the tree view being always written 
in black!!!

and tell me if that was desired effect.

However, I am not 100% satisfied by my work. Kendy was using a [WM] section in 
"kdeglobals" config file. I had to use [General]. Does that depend on the 
version of KDE? Because of that mistery, I won't commit the changes before he 
reviews that code.
