There are a number of completed feature changes ktts that are stable and
ready to be released in the next KDE version. Since ktts is part of
kdeaccessibility and we don't want conflicting packages, we would
probably make a kdeaccessibility 3.5 release of our own if KDE 3.5 is
canceled.

I am fine with both.
