[Kde-accessibility] kttsd - possible bug polish filter improvement

Hello,

Thanks for intervention to KPDF. Now everything works like a charm.

Improvement in Polish filter (attachment - zipped to avoid encoding
problems). Filtering out one more sign (-),
works everywhere but voice chokes on it in KPDF. Big Thanks for
attaching Polish fixed into standard distribution :)

When making corrections discovered strange thing. After saving new
version of filter only first chosen sentence was using new filter. Next
sentences were using old version. I had to completely restart KTTSMgr
and kttsd (with killing kttsd from CLI) to make everything work.

Small bug/wish for KTTSMgr: sentence very rarely takes only one line.
'current sentence' line could be at least two lines by default. That
wouldn't be so painful but I have to size of that field each time I am
opening KTTSMgr - dialog doesn't keep custom size.

TIA

m.
