[Kde-accessibility] The next version of KSayIt

Hi,

for the next version of KSayIt I plan to implement the following changes:

1.)
Removing the plugin support for the TTS system (because there is still one to 
support in the future: KTTSD).

2.)
Add a interface for texts in KSayIt's own XML format. The structure of the 
given text will be displayed in a TreeView. The TreeView is aimed to be the 
primary interface to navigate through longer texts. I will release a proposal 
for the XML specification as soon as possible.

3.)
If the above changes were realized, I plan to put KSayIt into the KDE CVS.
