I think one important information is missing: the type of technology, which 
leads directly to the cost of the implementation.

I suggest this small addition:

AT-SPI uses Corba is quite complicated  to bind.

Atk uses glib (glib is not Gtk, this is just the core of the object 
framework of Gnome/Gtk), which is quite easy to bind.
