Anyhow, it's dubious whether this would meet the accessibility needs of
many users.  Having switchable content, etc. based on whether a
screenreader is present, etc., presents its own problems.  If it were to
be used at all, it should be negotiated between the content provider and
the user's stylesheet or preferences, so I don't really think the
browser itself should get involved in this process except to relay the
info about user preferences/user agent type in a 'standard' way to the
content provider, and accept whatever it is given in return.

Personally I don't think this idea has any proven value at this time.
