If you need a CVS account, then please send a mail to sysadmin@kde.org=20
with an encrypted password, and explain why you need CVS access. I found=20
the sysadmin address to be unreliable sometimes, so if you don't get a=20
response in a few days, then please mail some KDE core developer (like=20
David Faure).
