See e.g. ftp://ftp.cordis.lu/pub/ist/docs/ist_2003_opportunities_ahead_en.pdf
page 40 and 41 which talks about "eAccessibility" (That's a great term that we
should adopt!)
http://www.cordis.lu/ist/so/einclusion/
But boy, did they turn this in a bureaucratic hell
Faster relieve may come from
http://www.euroaccessibility.org/members.php (Web site accessibility)
Maybe Olaf Jan or Gunnar could mail the people listed on that page and ask if
they could help KDE turning eAccessibility into a reality, e.g. with testing
or by temporarily providing us with assistive tools.
Cheers,
Waldo
