Ok, here they are.

The window now only exists when needed, so the CPU usage problem that I 
couldn't reproduce cannot occur now. I also fixed two small bugs in my 
patch.

I have also optimised kmagzoomview.cpp by telling Qt that it does not need 
to paint a background for the window, and by painting black areas 
directly if needed, rather than dealing with huge pixmaps.

OK to commit?
