templates need to be changed, not our usage of them.

Well, it has already been decided that the new templates will be fully WA=

compliant, so we hopefully do not have to make these changes ourselves.

I heard rumours that there where problems with the CVS system during=20
weekend. Unfortunately I did not a response to my CVS account request=20
yet, so I can't do this.
