I think our proposal for KControl should be as follows:
Our first and strong point is that there musn't be an Accessibility KContro=
l=20
module (Regional & Accessibility/Accessibility) as it is missleading (other=
=20
accessbility options are coming and they will be definitly in other modules=
,=20
like TTS).

To solve this problem there are two posibilities. Create an Accessibility=20
group in KControl or not :)

1) Creating an Accessibility group there will be four modules in there: bel=
l=20
(Regional & Accessibility/Accessibility, the Bell tab), keyboard (Regional =
&=20
Accessibility/Accessibility, the Keyboard tab), mouse (Peripherals/Mouse, t=
he=20
Mouse Navigation tab, that doesn't mean this tab won't exist) and Text To=20
Speech (Proklam, now being developed in kdenonbeta with uncertain future=20
about where it is going to end).

2) NOT creating an accessibility group the accessibility configuration woul=
d=20
be spread among other modules, Keyboard in Peripherals/Keyboard, Mouse in=20
Peripherals/Mouse, Bell, this is a bit problematic, there's already Sound &=
=20
Multimedia/System Bell (which seems to 'conflict' a bit with the current Be=
ll=20
tab in the Accessibility module), I belive Bell could be brake into System=
=20
(or Audible) Bell in Sound & Multimedia and Visible Bell in Appearance &=20
Themes or something like that. Text to speech could go in Sound & Multimedi=
a.

Or maybe, there's another solution but I think the first one is the best on=
e,=20
the strong point here is to get rid of the Accessibility module as such.
