[Kbabel] some progress with the spell checker

I have taken the time to make a small test PO file and to check if it works.

Umlauts do not seem to be a problem.

However, as far I can see, there is a problem with the last word, which is not 
marked as red (but running manually the spellchecker, the spellchecker 
complains.

As I do not know if I have the exact trunk version of KBabel, I am going to 
update and compile again.
