[Kbabel] some progress with the spell checker

My current status is: I have replaced the background checker with KSpell2, 
but so far with a fixed language (LANG=nds). The marking of wrong words 
now works finde, but the configuration and the spell checker dialog still 
need to be done. So it is still a way to checkin. But if it has to be done 
anyway, that is good news for me, because it means that the porting work 
will not be in vain.
