[Kbabel] KBabel 1.2 release time?

So there seems to be an agreement to go for a beta first.

I'll try to fix as many bugs as possible (for example those reported by 
Marco) with the target date January 20 for the first beta.

We do not need all features implemented (there can be more releases after 
1.2 :-), but the features should work.

OK?
